It is located above the Goteborg train station and connected to Nils Ericson bus terminal. The room are very clean. The staffs are excellent and very polite. The breakfast was superb. They even let us kept our luggage in the storage room before we checked-in and after we checked-out. What an excellent service and very considerate to their customers! Thumbs up to the Hyatt Hotel.

Breakfast was amazing - lots of choice! Location of the hotel is very central, close to transport links and all tourist attractions. Room was very quiet, cleaned daily.

Very clean, nice interior. Best breakfast selection. Very friendly stuff. We arrived 1 hour earlier and were already settled in the room despite lots of visitors. Pretty close to everything and just opposite the biggest shopping mall in Scandinavia- Nordstan. We even didn’t use the car or public transport as we could reach everything by walking.
