I recently stayed at the Celeston Hotel in Gotemba, and it was truly an unforgettable experience. From the moment I arrived, the hospitality was top-notch—the staff was incredibly welcoming, professional, and went above and beyond to ensure a comfortable stay.

Where shall I start, free on-site parking fantastic. Close to the large shopping outlets wonderful, located in an area which was quiet but close proximity to main city centre, we had a hire car so made travel extremely convenient. Rooms were very spacious, amenities were fantastic with vending machines with noodles and alcohol. Staff were extremely friendly, although the buffet breakfast didn’t have a large selection, it was extremely nice and good value. Bed was reasonably comfortable, and lastly the Mount Fuji view room!!! The Hotel can’t be blamed for any bad weather at all, but for the very small time we were able to take in the magnificent view of Mount Fuji made it one of the best hotels we stayed in to date!! So worth the upgrade just make sure you get a Fuji view room.
