Great view of Mount Fuji. Onsen had lovely view too of Fuji. Restaurant meal was delicious, although expensive it was a nice experience. Only there for one night and didn't have time to use the hotel minibuss to explore other areas.

location was great, staff were friendly, complimentary coffee and juice was nice, parking under the building was very nice too, view from the onsen was excellent. we will come again.

A great stay! Good underground parking and lovely view of Mount Fuji (currently has some construction due to renovations but not inconvenient at all). Staff were patient and helped with a slightly later checkin and luggage transfer to our next hotel - much appreciated! Room was very spacious and good amenities. 5 minute drive to more central / food areas.
