Staff at the hotel was efficient and friendly. Location was excellent with easy access. Unfortunately the weather was not ideal otherwise the room had a good view of mt. Fuji

The room was quite spacious and we had a view of Mt Fuji. The receptionist spoke good English and helped me arrange a taxi to the trailhead of Mt Fuji before the normal operating hours. He also organised a taxi on the morning of our departure (the reception is not attended all day but they react quickly via whatsapp). Some restaurants nearby.
