Our car park is monitored by a 3rd party parking scheme, all guests must ensure that their vehicle registration is registered with reception. Two of the rooms i booked had breakfast included and two did not. Why? I thought i had booked all with breakfast. A few days before we arrived the hotel told us there was a wedding reception there in the evening. It was too late to rearrange a different hotel as our family was coming from all parts of the UK. As we were there to attend a family funeral a quiet evening after was not possible. The noise of the reception was terrible but at least it stopped at midnight.
