The highlight of this hotel is its location to view the balloons at sunrise! It offers one of if not the best viewpoint, with plenty of space for everyone to watch and take pictures of the balloons at sunrise. The room was spacious and definitely gave the traditional cave feeling. All of the staff were friendly and welcoming!

The location is ideal—just a short 3-minute walk to restaurants and cafes, yet tucked into a peaceful, traditional cave setting. The rooftop terrace offers breathtaking views of the balloons every morning, and the buffet-style breakfast is amazing. The rooms were clean and cozy, and the staff was incredibly kind and attentive. Note: the property has two entrances, and while shuttle service drops you off at one, you may exit from the other side by walking up or down a few stairs—nothing too difficult, and it adds to the charm of the place. They also offer tours and help arrange activities, making everything convenient. Highly recommend—between the views, the location, and the overall atmosphere, you will not be disappointed!
