The manager of the hotel is one of the greatest people I've met in Goreme. His service was spot on after all happened to me within the hotel. He also refunded money to me and it makes him look really professional. The location is superb because you can reach any destination within minutes. The pool is really clean and terraces are acceptable with a fantastic view.

The staff were fantastic, friendly and supported us in booking excursions and airport transfers. They made our visit very easy. The location is great with short walks to various restaurant and bar options, and a taxi rank close by. The cave room was cool and view from the rooftop was stunning.
