From the moment I arrived, I was captivated by the atmosphere of this unique place. The hotel is located in a picturesque area surrounded by stunning rock formations. The room I stayed in was decorated in a traditional Turkish style with modern amenities. The cleanliness and comfort were top-notch. The hotel staff was incredibly friendly and attentive. They were always ready to assist with any inquiries. I am particularly grateful to the manager who helped me observe the balloons in the morning!

All the service staff were very helpful. We were given welcome drinks and fruit platters upon arrival at the hotel, and received a box of snacks when we left. It's obvious that the hotel is very considerate.

The location is at a peaceful end of the town of Goreme, and the views are spectacular from every level of the hotel. It was amazing to watch the hot air balloons flying overhead at dawn from the patios. It's not too far of a walk to get to various restaurants and shops. Front desk staff are extemely helpful with booking tours, etc. Breakfast was excellent. Turkish breakfasts are big. In addition to all the small dishes of fruits, cheeses, olives, breads, etc, the main dish choices (eggs, etc) were freshly prepared and very good. We picked this hotel because of the great reviews and the cave suites, and it didn't disappoint. Classy operation. We weren't sure what to expect with the halal rules, but that wasn't a big deal - no alcohol on the premises, and they had helpful dress code signs to explain women covering your arms, no short-shorts, etc

We absolutely loved the hotel — it was the highlight of our entire trip! Şah Saray Cave Suites Halal Hotel is truly a unique and unforgettable place. The rooms are designed in a distinctive cave style yet equipped with all the modern comforts. Our bedroom was spacious, clean, and extremely cozy. The view from the window was beyond words — breathtaking. In the early morning, you can enjoy watching the hot air balloons from the terrace, which was magical. The jacuzzi was also amazing — hot, clean water provided the perfect opportunity to relax and unwind. The service was top-notch. The staff were incredibly polite, kind, and always smiling. They responded to all our requests quickly and respectfully. We are especially thankful to Mr. Emrah for his exceptional hospitality. We truly appreciated the warm welcome we received. The food was another highlight — the breakfast was varied, delicious, and fully compliant with halal standards. During lunch and dinner, we had the chance to try both modern dishes and traditional recipes dating back to the 11th–14th centuries. The restaurant itself was beautifully decorated and had a very cozy atmosphere. The location is very convenient — close to both the city center and historical sites. It allowed us to fully immerse ourselves in the magical atmosphere of Cappadocia. The internet was fast, and the room was equipped with all the necessary amenities. All in all, we were extremely satisfied with this hotel and would confidently rate it 10 out of 10. We will definitely come back again and recommend it to our friends. The service and atmosphere make you want to return again and again.
