Charming and traditional looking. Clean. Staff friendly and very helpful with anything you need, specifically Khan who helped us with cash machine. Lovely breakfast, good selection. This is a good location if you don't want to be high up in the town. Views on rooftop if you don't want to walk to watch the balloons. Took us only 15 minutes to walk up to where balloons all set off from.

Beautiful hotel with turkish style tiles and great breakfast. Mr Khan, the receptionist was extremely helpful in booking our activities/ attractions especially for hot air balloon.

We had an amazing stay! The hotel is in a great location, close to many establishments and with easy access to public transportation. Breakfast was served from 8:30 to 11:30, which was really convenient for us. Khan, the hotel manager, was incredibly helpful throughout our stay. He assisted us with everything—from booking the hot air balloon to arranging an unforgettable dinner and an ATV ride. Everything went smoothly because of him. When we arrived in Nevsehir and had to wait over an hour for public transport, Khan really helped us out by giving us a taxi contact who took us straight to the hotel. After the balloon ride, he also suggested we visit Uchisar Castle and the Open Air Museum, and we’re so glad we did.
