Hotel was spotless clean. Really comfortable home like rooms. Very warm and friendly staff and environment. Felt like we were staying in our own home- so comfortable. 5 minute walk from bus station and restaurants/shops. Amazing location. Balloon watching from terrace is a must and the panoramic view was great

We had some small problems with our trip and the hotel solved them in a perfect way, they were always available to help. The staff is realy friendly and efficient. Localized in a quiet place of Goreme, with a astonish view to the air balloons, is the perfec place to spend some days of rest.
