The location is great, close to the center. The staff is extremely friendly; they even allowed us to wait several hours after our check-out while we waited for transport to the airport. They lent us an umbrella to go to the center as there was a light rain. The staff is very warm and tries to help you in any way they can.

The hotel is in a great location, with friendly staff. We enjoyed breakfast with a view, and we enjoyed the cave- style room.

Friendly and kind staff. Great location very near to the center where all the shops and cafes are. With a chance to see hot air balloons in the morning.
