The hotel was warm and welcoming (especially on a snowy December morning!) in an ideal location in the centre of Goreme. There is a very pleasant sitting area for coffee/tea/drinks beside the downstairs reception. The staff were friendly and helpful. We loved the swimming pool and area, the water in the pool was delightfully warm, perfect for relaxing. Breakfast was excellent with lots of choice.

We stayed here for New Year’s Eve. The hotel is beautiful, the decoration is very tasteful, and the staff were exceptionally attentive and friendly. The ground-floor café is very cozy, and the breakfast was definitely the highlight of our stay—absolutely delicious and very comprehensive!

A lovely place to stay in Cappadocia is. This is not the characteristic ‘cave hotel’ typical in Goreme, but this suited us. The hotel is ‘on the flat’ and easy walking distance to restaurants and shops. We had a suite on the first floor with a private balcony. We were not able to fly in a balloon due to wind conditions, but we did see them on our last morning just before we left and it was an amazing sight. The staff helped us with tour and transfer bookings, taxis and suggestions for self guided tours. The pool and hammam were lovely and the breakfast ‘spread’ wonderful. We wholeheartedly recommend this hotel.
