From the start till the end everything was perfect. All the staff we met with, they all very helpful & friendly. The location was perfect too, everything was like walking distance only. The room we booked was big & comfortable. Highly recommended

Fantastic cave suite with stone four poster bed and dome above. Sweeping view from elevated terrace was perfect to watch the balloons at sunrise & relaxing for an evening drink. Short walk into heart of town & pickups for all tours from hotel lobby.

The feel of this hotel was wonderful. Great views of the mountain areas and balloons as they take off. The place is quiet but restaurants (town area) are within 5 min and they have a great area to sit outside for a few drinks and a chat. The breakfast was well catered.. more turkish but very filling and lots of variety. Staff were attentive and flexible. The room met expectations with a great view and plenty of room. The staff helped me with airport transfers and tours. Loved my stay here.
