The hotel is excellent, offering great value for money. The staff are wonderful and very friendly, always ready to help. The recommended services were also very good and added to the overall experience. The view from the rooftop is absolutely beautiful. I had a wonderful stay here. Thank you!

We been to Gerome for my twin boys birthday last week, and stayed in Balloon cave hotel. We checked very late night due to late flight from Istanbul, however we had reception open and waiting for us and had a warm welcome from Kadir with a hot tea on a cold night. Room was cozy and comfortable with jetted tube bath and very spacious. We had a surprise flower arrangement in the room for my boys birthday and Kadir was very good, friendly and he helped us to get the Hot air balloon tickets. As the balloon flights are getting cancelled the previous week, he suggested to take the one available the next day and booked without getting the money, and I paid him the next day . I would recommended Balloon cave hotel for any new comers to Kapadocia.
