Fabulous location right on the water, and a warm, friendly welcome

A river marina style accomodation, right at the waters of River Murray, with great views of the Hindmarsh Island and Bridge. Fairly central Goolwa town centre location yet felt private enough for a relaxing night or two. Unit is well-equipped with basic amenities you'd ever need for a short stay - microwave oven, small stovetop, warm water shower, comfy bed. Room can be a tad gloomy dark but it's personal choice. Carpark available and at doorstep literally. Like one of the comments seen - it's probably as good as you can get for a riverside waterfront experience barring staying on a boat itself.

The location was fantastic. We stayed in Studio 2 right on the water, looking towards the bridge to Hindmarsh Island. It was walking distance to the wharf and main street of Goolwa with a wonderful walking/bike path that went straight there. They had bikes and kayaks, which we were allowed to use, and Rebecca and Peter were very friendly and helpful.
