It is clean and comfortable. Parking place in front of the villa. In the neighbourhood there is a good tavern and a supermarket.

Beautiful and fully outfitted villa in a quiet location (in the middle of a small village). A small supermarket and a tavern (with delicious local food) were around the corner. The kind staff of Eiendom were proactive and very helpful. The location requires a rental car to bring you to other areas. Recommend this villa.

The Villa was amazing. So much space, so comfortable. 3 bedrooms, 2 bedrooms with king size bed, one bedroom with a single bed. Two bathrooms, a washing machine in one of them. Enough of everything (towels, etc.). Huge living room, lots of space in the kitchen to store things. Villa is in quite a remote area, in a small village, so the car is an absolute must. we enjoyed this privacy a lot. Actually, those are two neighbouring villas, but they don't share space, are absolutely separate, you can only remotely see the other villa from windows of two bedrooms, anyway we had neighbours only 1 night, so no problems at all. You need to keep in mind that driving will be needed in case you want to reach any of the interesting sites. Some nice things from hosts left for us (like butter, jam, vine) - it was lovely, thank you so much. The swimming pool was wonderful - really clean, water temperature very good, safe for children. The outer space was very beautiful, enough places to sit and relax. there were many things for our convenience. the collection of keys was smooth (in a box). I received messages from owners immediately after booking, with very useful information, and even discount codes for car rental companies (which I used, more specifically - Voyager, and everything went perfectly). The attention of the managers of the villa rental company was really touching. we had some accident with one piece of furniture, we informed the owners about it, and I was wondering will they claim that it was our fault (which wasn't) - and I was very pleasantly surprised that their reaction was adequate and benevolent. In general, we are really happy that we chose this villa in the Rethymno area.
