Everything! We felt like we were walking into a home from home. We’d been travelling for a while and walking into Jeannie’s house and being met by such a lovely lady made us feel so at home. It was spotless and homely with a very comfortable bed and powerful shower. Bath robes too! It was like staying at your mum’s house! And what a spread Jeannie gave us for breakfast! My word! Beautiful view from the front of the house looking onto the mountains. The only downside is that we were only there for one night. It was lovely to meet Pepper the cat too ☺️

Jeannie is an excellent host. She really made us feel at home. The breakfast was scrumptious and generous. We travelled with our elderly parents and stayed two nights at Deer Ridge. All four of us loved everything about this B&B including Pepper - the house cat.

All the homely comforts and more. A lovely, well furnished apartment. Jeannie is a wonderful host and serves a fantastic breakfast.

Jeanine is absolutely lovely and a great host. The hot tub was a great plus after a long hike. I would definitely stay here again.
