It does not have adequate resources to engage qualified security personnel to guarantee the safety, comfort and convenience of school graduate guests during this period. For this reason the property reserves the right to reject bookings from school and/or university leavers for the entire Schoolies period.Please note that this property has a strict 'No Party Policy'. Location, rooms are fantastic with an awesome view! Have stayed at Xanadu twice now, and will definitely be back again. We arrived after reception was closed, and the instructions sent to me were easy to follow to access our apartment.

The partial ocean view was great. The fully fitted out kitchen was great. Bed and pillows were very comfortable.

Great location near the beach and close to Main Beach shops. Easy to get to other places by public transport (close to G-Link tram and two bus routes). Very spacious apartment with everything we needed.
