We had the breakfast included option. Lovely kitchen staff, so smiley and friendly. Close enough distance for an event we attended. Nearby shops and restaurants, literally a 10min walk down the road. The tram so easy and affordable to take. 10 min tram ride to all attractions and surfers paradise!

The room was bright and bed comfortable. We opted not to have daily room service but the room was clean. The hotel caters for a broad spectrum of people. It was certainly great value for your money and located close to Chinatown and within walking distance to many eating and shopping venues. We paid $20/ day to keep the car parked underground. I would happily book there again.
