When I arrived at the property it had turned out I had booked a week early and the lady behind the desk Marya (I believe her name was) was super helpful and patient in getting me sorted for last night instead. Made me know right away I had made a great choice in accommodation and then the friendly service at 7.50am was a wonderful way to check out and start the day! Thank you guys! We will be back!

The bed was very comfortable and the view was amazing. I was particularly impressed with the kind check-in staff who patiently helped me with membership and facilities questions whilst I was quite tired from travelling. The Burger I had through room service was delicious too. The breakfast buffet was just downstairs (it was a busy morning but was served quickly) and the overall location of the hotel was super convenient for trams and walking distance to the main shopping strip and beach.

Very accessible to everything and the tram station is just right across the bldg. The staff are very welcoming and accommodating. There are lots of varieties from the food selection of their breakfast buffet.. Private parking was also available. Very clean ✨
