I had booked a standard room for my partner’s birthday with an extra birthday amenities. When I checked in they said because it was a special occasion they upgraded us to an extremely nice suite with all the amenities being laid out beautifully. We had to get new bedding late at night which they accommodated. The Asian lady at the front desk with brown hair and glasses who was training a new women was extremely professional and lovely and made sure everything was set up perfect. I will definitely recommend the star to friends/family thank you Star for exceeding our expectations.

We loved our king superior room. The bathroom was a novelty. Bath was relaxing. Loved valet parking being included. We liked breakfast being included in the booking.
