We take a $500 pre authorisation hold for every reservation at Talisman this will need to be confirmed and provided to our team prior to check in.Please note that the hotel does not accept American Express or Diners Club credit cards.Please note that this property does not have any policies, procedures or resources in place to accommodate the unique needs of school graduates during the annual "Schoolies Week" period.Please note that this property has a 'No Party Policy'.Please be advised that several units in the building are currently undergoing much needed renovations and window replacement due to corrosion of being so close to the ocean.During this time, you may experience some noise disturbances: Jack hammering noise may occur: Monday to Friday: 10:00 AM to 3:00 PM
Other construction noise, including hammer drills, may be present:

The Talisman is in an ideal location, close to Broadbeach restaurants, cafes, shopping mall and within a short distance to Pacific Fair or a short stroll to Surfers Paradise. The apartment was well presented and offered magnificient views from all bedroom and living spaces. We will definitely be re-booking in the future.

Magnificent view, close to beach, shops and clubs. Although quite dated the view more than made up for it and there was everything we needed, fully equipped kitchen, laundry etc. The pool was also excellent with plenty of sun lounges, warm water and spa. Parking was great with trolleys to move luggage up to your room.
