Please note that this property is a 3-storey complex and has no elevator access. Please note we do not accept American Express credit card. The property takes full payment for the booking in line with the cancellation policy. If its a Pay Now and Save / Non refundable booking full payment will be taken within 24 hours of your booking. Our Office hours are 8.00am – 4.00pm Monday-Friday, 8.00am – Noon Saturday and 8.00am – 11.00am Sunday and public Holidays. If your arrival time is outside of these hours, please contact us 24 hours prior so alternative arrangements can be made for your check-in.Guests are required to show a photo identification and credit card upon check-in. We loved our stay here. It felt like a home away from home, and we were sad to leave our unit. We were greeted by friendly staff and helpful written instructions, and had been texted us to let us know our room was ready earlier than we expected. We stayed in a 2bed 2bath apartment - a welcoming vibe, clean, comfy beds, fully equipped to make staying long (or short) term easy including full wash/dryer facilities in room. There was even a vacuum which we found handy having x2 kids with us. There was good WiFi coverage, a great view from our second floor room, heated pool (the kids loved the bubbles in the spa), and the kids loved having a park/fish and chip shop just across the road. We'd come "home" to little notes under our door to remind of mid week cleans or check out instructions etc, which we foundearly thoughtful and helpful. We would definitely stay again.
