Please note that there is a non-refundable 1.4% charge when you pay with a Visa or Mastercard credit card, and a non-refundable 2.75% charge when you pay with an American Express credit card.
The name on the credit card used for the booking should correspond to the guest staying at the property. We require a physical card for the balance and pre authorization to be presented on check-in by the cardholder. Please note that virtual driving licenses are not accepted as a form of identification. This property requires a credit card pre-authorization upon check in, to cover any incidental charges. The amounts are AUD 100 per apartment. Please note No Shows at the property will result in full accommodation fees, Guests must check in on the first day of the reservation. This property does not have any policies, procedures or resources in place to accommodate the unique needs of school graduates during the annual 'Schoolies Week' period. So close to the beach, far enough away from surfers for quiet but close enough if you want to go to restaurants or shop. We loved the bbq areas, especially the one by the pool for hot days.
