Location - Location - Location - handy to Surfers, walking distance to Pacific Fair Having 2 Lounges and 3 bathrooms a bonus - Plenty of room for everyone Pool area and Pontoon Area great spots. Parking great. Netflix a bonus Would stay again

Great location. This would be the biggest + for this property. So close to the beach, shopping and a short drive to theme parks. The house itself had lots of areas to hang out and I would recommend for a few groups of families staying together. The two decks were great. It was great to have the media room for the kids to hang out in aswell. Having the water/dock out the back was lovely! The kitchen has everything you need, good sized rooms and comfortable beds. The BBQ/pool area is great and we spent alot of time out there.

Awesome villa for a get together with a large group, plenty of room for activities as a group or to get some down time. Great facilities and lovely large outdoor deck.

There was plenty of room. A large living area, a beautiful back deck and plenty of bedrooms.
