Only guests staying in the apartments are permitted to enter after 23:00.Please note that this property does not have any policies, procedures or resources in place to accommodate the unique needs of school graduates during the annual "Schoolies Week" period. I liked the location as the trams were out the front and I could leave the car behind. The internet was awesome never had any trouble streaming movies. The staff were very helpful and very friendly made us feel very welcomed. The rooms were clean and comfortable. In walking distance to Pacific Fair and the beach. Even though the trams were being extended I had no trouble with noise or getting in and out of the area. All you need is your personal belongings so I look forward to being able to stay again.

The property was in prime location, easy walk to Pacific Fair, Broadbeach and restaurants in all directions. Parking was great and secure. Apartment roomy and well designed with room and ensuite upstairs, also with balcony and spa- great view at night! Kids loved the pool and the spa was hot which we loved.
