Please note that these apartments are privately owned and are not associated with the onsite building managers or reception. Daily housekeeping or room servicing is not provided. All the properties managed by GCHR are fully self-contained apartments with full laundry facilities. All apartments are cleaned prior to and after your stay. Apartment linen and bath towels are provided as part of the tariff. This does not include beach or swimming towels. The property has been stocked with an initial supply of complimentary items such as soap, detergent, tea and coffee, milk and toilet supplies for your convenience. These items are not replenished during your stay. Supermarkets and convenience stores are located nearby. Guests are to supply their own beach and pool towels.Please note that check-in is only available at the HRSP.com.au office.Guests under the age of 18 can only check in with a parent or official guardian.

Loved it, the beds were comfortable, rooms spacious and the view was amazing. Even if on weekends there was abit of noise because of the clubs nearby we could still sleep through it especially after a long day out and about Surfers Paradise. The kitchen was fully equiped too so we could still cook our own meals if we felt like it. Otherwise there was an endless array of restaurants to choose from. We had a great time on Surfers and enjoyed our stay in our appartment.

The location was awesome, right in the heart of the GC. The parking, laundry, kitchen, 3 bedrooms and 2 bathroom facilities were great for our family of 6. We enjoyed the closeness to the town, the entertainment down stairs every night, the food outlets right on our doorstep.
