The unit itself was very good. The view was great. The location was very convenient with the shopping centre in the same building.

The positioning is great - you basically walk out of the lifts into the shopping centre. The beach is right across the road. View from unit 84 is lovely (mountains and ocean) Positioning of unit is protected from wind and has afternoon sun (would imagine during summer afternoon sun would be blazing on the unit so it would be hot - winter is nice) Unit was nice, bit dated - needs a spruce up.
