It was good value for money very clean staff where very friendly also was very close to the main shops with tram facilities at your doorstep and great coffee shops near by. Also the beach was only about 300 metres walking distance with cafes and other shops also at your doorstep and also good views from the balcony of the ocean.

From the 15th floor the view was great; the location is perfect for what we wanted and we are familiar with (as we've stayed here two previous times). Yes clean but could be cleaner.
