The Sierra Grand itself is great - the two pools, steam room, gym and sauna make it a great place to stay year round, with a short walk to the beach. The people at CoastHM were responsive even over public holidays and had good communication about check in and check out. Getting the key was relatively simple even though it was off site.

Large comfortable unit with great view of the ocean. Awesome location with easy access to pacific fair, the beach and tram. Great pool, bbq with tables and chairs adjacent, gym. Lime bikes next door to cycle around. Big kitchen bench for entertaining and large main bedroom/ensuite

Pick up location was very close and convenient, but would make more sense to pick them up from reception at the actual accommodation.
