Excellent location with 10 min walk to Pacific Fair in one direction and 10 min to the beach in the other direction. Lots of restaurants and a supermarket within walking distance. We have stayed in Broadbeach 4x now and this has been the best located apartment we have stayed in. The apartment has everything we needed and the pool gets sun all day.
