We loved the ambiance in the lounge. Especially the Singer on Friday and Saturday nights. This really made our stay on the weekend. The Hotel was a little tired looking but Staff were lovely. The chairs everywhere some were very uncomfortable. We will be back to listen to your singer on Friday and Saturday. Thank you The Concierge was exceptionally helpful for our ride to the airport.

I loved that it exceeded my expectations given the reviews are very mixed. Loved that has retained its beautiful marble and timeless appeal.

The decor and presentation of the hotel in general was outstanding and screamed "luxury" from the moment you enter the building. The room was also very well presented and made the minimal view from the bottom floor not something that was missed at all as the room was more then pleasant to look at. Good size spa bath and good water pressure in the shower. Breakfast buffet was also outstanding and a great way to end our stay.
