Please note that Hi Surf Beachfront Resort Apartments requires an AUD 200 credit card pre-authorisation upon check in.Please note that cot rental is AUD $50 per week.Please note that this property has a 'No Party Policy'.Please note that this property does not have any policies, procedures or resources in place to accommodate the unique needs of school graduates during the annual "Schoolies Week" period. It does not have adequate resources to engage qualified security personnel to guarantee the safety, comfort and convenience of school graduate guests during this period.The Gold Coast is currently experiencing a large growth of new construction projects. Hi Surf, whilst not undergoing any works, will have construction work taking place on an adjacent block. We are advised works will begin from late December 2021 from 6:30am – 6:30pm Monday – Saturday. Expected completion 2028.We appreciate this may cause some inconvenience to some of our guests.However, If you are looking for an awesome place to stay, directly across from the beautiful sands of Surfers Paradise and understand that there may at times be some unavoidable noise. If your holiday plans include day trips to the Theme Parks and you plan to be out and about at the beach or exploring all that the Coast has to offer, then these works may not be of concern to you, and we look forward to welcoming you to stay with us.Please consider these works when making your reservation with us.Please inform in advance of your expected arrival time. Close to beach, beautiful beach view, relaxing, spacious, close walk to street of surfers paradise. This is an amazing accommodation.

Hi Surf is easily THE BEST accomodation we have ever stayed at - and we do family trips often! Staff are amazing: very firendly, very helpful and accomodating, and always smile! Location is superb: it's about 800 metres away from Surfers' central so it's not a busy but also close enough by foot to reach. Tram station right on your door and the bus stops are only 3 minutes walk. Walking distance to Sea World. We stayed at Room 25A which is the absolute beach front and the views are breathtaking!! We love to just sit around on the balcony, all mesmerised by the views that is the ocean and the skyline at once. The apartment is very spacious and the amenities are more than enough for family of four. We love the pool and the spa; unfortunately didnt have time for the gym but gym looks great regardless. Definitely great value for money! Please dont think twice and book away!! :)
