The location was great. Whilst reception was never open when I went there, the owner was always only a phone call away responding to any queries promptly and in detail before we arrived, whislt there and when we left.

Mary Lieu , was a very helpful and polite manageress. The accommodation was very clean and all facilities in good working order. I will return to Harbourside in the future.

The location is great with parking space, room is big, shower is great, strong and full of hot water. Bed is reasonable comfort.

Mary and the old man cleaner were really lovely. Location was perfect for our business. Close to the hospital.
