NOTE: Construction has commenced on The Rochester building nearby at 143 Surf Parade. The Rochester has not provided Encore Broadbeach with a construction schedule. Noise may be disruptive to Encore guests during work hours.Please note that there is a non-refundable 1.4% charge when you pay with a Visa or Mastercard credit card, and a non-refundable 2.75% charge when you pay with an American Express credit card.The name on the credit card used for the booking must correspond to the guest staying at the property and check in may be denied if this is not the case.Please note that the property requires a credit card pre-authorisation of AUD $300 upon check in, to cover any incidental charges.Please note that this property does not accept Schoolies reservations.Please note between the dates of 6th of November to 1st December, 2024 and all guests must be 21 years of age or over to stay at the property.In accordance with government guidelines to minimise transmission of the Coronavirus (COVID-19), this property currently isn't accepting guests from certain countries, during dates where such guidelines exist.In response to Coronavirus (COVID-19), additional safety and sanitation measures are in effect at this property.This property will not accommodate hen, stag or similar parties. We had a wonderful stay! The pool, spa, and gym area were absolutely beautiful—perfect for relaxing or getting in a quick workout. The apartment itself was very well appointed, with everything we needed for a comfortable stay. It truly felt like a home away from home. Would definitely recommend and look forward to coming back!

The location was super convenient. Close to the shops, restaurants, beach and light rail. Easy to get to Surfers Paradise and Pacific Fair. The heated pool was a bonus as I didn’t expect a swim in July. The spa and gym were also great.

Location is great. Check in was easy. Great for families with young children. Cleaning is done most days. Access to laundry is a godsend.
