Please note that the parking area has a height limit of 1.9 metres. Hyundai IMAX vehicles do not fit in the parking area. There is free on-street parking is also available.Please note that this hotel has a strict 'No Party Policy'. Any violation of this policy will result in eviction from the property and additional cleaning fees will be charged.The property does not have the policies, procedures or resources to accommodate the unique needs of school leavers during the annual Schoolies Period. In particular it does not have adequate resources to engage qualified security personnel to guarantee the safety, comfort and convenience of guests during this period. The view is amazing from the Dorchester, being right on the beach, and the sunset from the rooms at the back is gorgeous
