Location was near everything, and easy to walk to shops, cafes etc. Views were amazing. Beds very comfortable

Perfect location, right above the shops, incredible view, close walk to beach, near tram. Perfect for a small group or big family. Communication was very easy. Spa and pool was nice

The place was excellent but because I travelled with a client that has need the complex did not have wheelchair accessible showers in the complex. That was not the fault of the owner of the property but we did manage to take my client to the Olympic to shower her. The pool downstairs was not really warm to swim in even though they said it would be when I rang the renaissance complex. But not to worry we did enjoy our stay. Thanks so much. Our host were wonderful in making us feel welcomed...

Excellent facilities including warm pools and spas. We had issues with car park pass but was sorted quickly between agent and security once alerted. Unfortunate issue was always after hours making it more frustrating.
