Breakfast was very good only during Monday to Friday . The weekend morning breakfast mainly the hot prepared food was way below standard. Mainly prepared the day before and preheated. It was very obvious as was not freshly cooked on the day.

All the staff are very professional, helpful and friendly. We were given an upgrade to the 23rd floor and late checkout which was a very pleasant surprise. The buffet breakfast had a wide selection catering for everyone.

Ideal location , staff were effective and super friendly, room upgraded. Breakfast fantastic car parking excellent with super access to town via tram

Hotel is located at Florida Gardens, a stop on the G-Link (tram) which is a great service. The hotel breakfast has a large variety of items. The swimming pool and hot tub are as pictured. Unfortunately not heated in July which was a shame given the large number of guests. Staff are friendly and our room was clean and nicely furnished. The bed was comfortable, no complaints after 4 nights
