It does not have adequate resources to engage qualified security personnel to guarantee the safety, comfort and convenience of school graduate guests during this period.

Perfect location on Broadbeach, uninterrupted views with direct access to the beach. We were in beachfront apartment 2B and loved it. The pool/spa area is lovely, great tennis court and plenty of lawn areas for lounging around in the sunshine. There is a cafe next door (part of the Jewell apartments) with good food and coffee, however we preferred to walk up to the Northcliffe Surf Club (15 mins) and get excellent coffee from the van there. It is also an easy walk in the opposite direction to the Oasis shopping centre. Florida Gardens light rail stop is a 5 min walk behind the building. The ladies on reception were lovely and helpful.

The location was great, the back gate let out straight onto the promenade, making it a 2 minute walk from our room to the beach. The facilities were good and the room was nice and spacious.

Location is prefect, sauna was nice, views were fabulous even from back we could see the sea, spacious with two bathrooms big lounge area and good bedroom size
