Estelle was easy to communicate with, and made herself available for anything we needed. The self check in is easy, and the apartment is comfortable and well decorated. It was clean and had absolutely everything we needed (shampoo, conditioner, laundry detergent, kitchen was well equipped etc). We were able to cook our meals, and a dog friendly property is not easy to find. We loved our stay and would definitely recommend it to anyone.

The kitchen & Laundry has the most modern appliances. Instructions for the microwave & dishwasher were unavailable. Fortunately im a researcher so i solved the mystery by experimenting. Most importantly the queen size bed was hard and comfortable

Collecting keys from the lock box was easy, but there was no indication as to which unit it was? We had to knock on the next doors to establish it was Unit 6, top level. Unless I missed this information in the welcome??? A small welcome sign on the door or doormat would be helpful.

It was spacious, clean and contained all you needed
