It was in a reasonable position being close to the beach and the light rail. Also very clean when I arrived to the check-in

Decent to great location depending on personal preferences. Appliances are all good sizes and brands (except the tv). Aircons and fans in living area and bedroom plus plenty of windows/doors to open for ventilation. Bathroom had been renovated at some stage so was all quite new and modern. Laundry in room. Large room area overall. Outdoor pool area quite nice. Everything was quite clean.

For the price we paid, this place definitely exceeded expectations. Considering there was a big event in GC it was really hard to try and find somewhere that weren’t gauging. Would 100% recommend and go back to in future.
