As I arrived, around 11am the room was ready. Terrible smell of cigarettes. I requested a different room. I was waiting around 3 hours got the room, but I spend time in SPA,so not problems at all:) The next room was nice,but the smells of cigarettes persisted. I'm a not smoker, I smell it very well. Room quite outdated, dirt In a bathroom. Dinner was cheap and quite nice:) breakfast also, good choice, food on my taste.Turkish coffee on demand. Staff very polite and friendly, unfortunately, again, very basic English. The best part of this hotel is their SPA an very professional masseuse's.A big, big, special thanks for a Wicky, she's great!!! One of the best massaged I had in my life ( and I had a lot:))

Located in a very quite area, close to the mountains, pine forest and natural beatuies. The hotel was recently renovated, entire stuff were very kind and helpful. Enjoyed a lot.

We really enjoyed our stay here, all the staff were wonderful. girl at reception (apologies didn't get your name) was so helpful, had good knowledge of local transport and speaks good english. Facilities are great, swimming pool, spa etc. Good breakfast menu
