The super friendliness of the mother and daughter running the place It location - 7 minutes from the wonderful Kudke beach and its restaurants The fan The verandah The fact that the auto rickshaw I booked for 4am through the owners came on time

It was very clean and tidy; staff were lovely and helpful. There was no aircon but the fan was very effective.
