Mariam was the star of this stay. A wonderful host that shared so much precious insight on Armenian culture, history and traditions. We chatted forever! The property is secluded and quiet which is exactly what we needed. There are a couple of rough patches driving up and the last few meters before the property is a dirt road but don’t let anyone scare you because it’s very easy to reach even with a very low clearance car as our rental. The food prepared for us for both dinner and breakfast was simply amazing. Tasty and earthy and home grown. Too bad we stayed only one night.

This place is simply amazing and no words to describe the beauty of the location, but also the hospitality of Marine and her family. The food was exceptional and Marine gave us a real taste of Armenian flavours. The house is spacious and comfortable with modern furnitures. It's a gem right at the beginning of a beautiful trail in the mountains. Highly recommended!

New and clean, felt very homely and comfortable. The owners are very friendly and fantastic hosts, our short one night stay was my favorite moment in Armenia! The approach road was better than expected - no problem with a Ford Mondeo.

Absolute gem hidden in the mountaints of Vayots Dzor. If you’re hiking along Transcaucassian trail and should pick one b&b to stay, this should be your choice! Mr. Grigoryan was a great source of information of the surrounding area, his wife made us the best dinner we had in Armenia and their son provided language support with his English skills. Perfect service from a very hospitable and knowledgeable family.
