We spent a week here. The apartment is nice and clean. The kitchen has everything one could possibly need. The balcony offers a magnificent view of the mountains. A narrow but paved road, about 1 kilometer long, leads from the town to the house. The host and his family are kind and very helpful. The area offers plenty of opportunities for hiking. The Maltatal is rich in natural beauty and waterfalls. Excellent quality bike paths lead to the most beautiful spots. The nearby small town of Gmünd has a downtown area that can be explored in about an hour, but considering the exhibition halls showcasing a wide variety of artistic disciplines (folk crafts, silversmithing, painting, sculpture, wood carving, music, etc.), even a whole day may not be enough. At the tourist office located in the main square, we received all the help we needed.

Nice location outside the town. In mountain. Facility very nice. Comfy beds. Big space in kitchen. Host accepted very nicelly.

Markus, the host is very kind and helpful. The perspective and the view from the house is unbelievable. Everything was all right. Markus involves anyone who wants in feeding the animals. Rooms are clean. Nice small town/village (Gmünd) with some interesting sights.
