We spent 3 nights in this apartment during wintertime. It is situated in a nicely renovated building inside the old city walls. We could leave our car directly in front of the house. The owner is a nice lady, she was easy to communicate with. She left the keys inside a combination lock box next to the entrance and sent me the code. Overall the apartment was nice and clean, the appliances were new. It was always warm in the apartment. Before travelling I was a little bit afraid of the fact that the bathroom is not inside the room. Don't worry it is perfectly private. We could even leave our skis and ski boots in the heated entry hall.

Location is optimal. Right in the city Center. Easily accessible by public transport as well.

Very nice apartment. It really has everything you need. Everything is very clean! The beds are very comfortable, there is also a microwave oven, kettle, coffee maker, spacious bathroom. The owner is very nice, approachable and kind. We really have great recommendations for this cozy apartment.

Very cozy, small apartment with everything you need. Best location for many trips...from here you can go walking around Gmund, hiking, ski - touring, skiing...I recommend it.
