Staff were exceptional, very friendly, and helpful. Imogen was fantastic and made us feel very welcome. Comfortable room and lounge areas. Great location for exploring.

Lovely location old school charm great team running it. So very friendly. Highly recommended and the food was devine. The grounds are special with a river running through red squirrels rabbits and a pair of Golden Eagles!!

Beautiful location, very private, mountain scenery, old fashioned country house hotel with log fire on arrival and friendly helpful staff. The emphasis is on old-fashioned comfort rather than instagram interiors. We arrived late and had excellent sandwiches and soup with our dog in the bar - very dog friendly hotel. We were too late to try the restaurant but breakfast was pleasant and cooked to order.
