Guests should kindly note that all rooms are located on the first floor, and may prove unsuitable for guests with limited mobility.
For stays on a Sunday, Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday nights breakfast will be a continental breakfast. For stays on a Friday and Saturday night breakfast the next morning will be a cooked breakfast.
Please note, the restaurant will be closed on Monday - Thursday (inclusive). Reservations are recommended for the restaurant at the weekend.Please inform in advance of your expected arrival time. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly with the contact details provided in your confirmation.

The room was great. Comfy bed and nice decor. The guiness was brilliant, the food was fantastic and the hospitality offered by the owner Eamon was second to none. Really great place to stay for business travellers.
