El “Accommodating above and beyond staff, excellent lodges, beautiful location!!”

How accommodating the staff were, especially when we had a flat tyre and our insurance company let us down when we were travelling with two kids, one who needed medical attention and an adult with additional needs. They were always available at reception whether we walked in or rang them by phone, they went above and beyond when we were stranded towards the end of our holiday, ensuring we were safe, warm, fed and even offered us an additional nights stay when things were looking like the worst. Also the lodge was stunning, the hot tub spacious, perfect temperature, both bedrooms had their own bathrooms and the living, dining kitchen area had a warm feeling to it, just what you needed after a day hiking in the area, enjoying wildlife and nature.

First time staying at the Whitecairn Holiday Park and very sad to leave. It has been a lovely weekend for me and my friend, very kind and helpful staff, very clean upon arrival, gorgeous lodge and had everything we needed and more, lots of space and plenty of room, hot tub was also a bonus. Will be recommending this to others and hope to be back sometime in the future!

location fantasctic, cemntral for lots of places, we were visiting kitchen coos and ewes and only 20mins away so perfect for us,

We were a group of 10 people stayed there. Beautiful location. Nice walking area and local shops available. Close to sea side and some other beautiful places . Very clean. I felt like I was staying in a 7 star hotel. Wonderful lodge with a big hot tub and definitely I will be coming back again with family and friends.
