Location!! And price was decent for the area. Bed was comfortable. Hot water didn’t run out. Kitchenette was good for how small the room is.

Great location, on-site parking, excellent communication, lots of little extra touches making it feel like a home away from home. Walking distance to the beach, cafes, restaurants, bars, supermarkets. Bus stop just near apartment if needed. Quiet room even at busy time of year.
